Account Manager – Creative Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming project requests from clients through their designated Client Dashboard.

• Engage in communication with clients to clarify their expectations, deadlines, and requirements.

• Develop Clickup tasks that include clear, actionable instructions for the design team.

• Ensure that the client’s deadlines and expectations are consistently fulfilled by our team.

• Offer constructive feedback and assistance to designers when clarification or revisions are necessary.

• Review and proofread each project prior to delivery to clients.

• Confirm that the team adheres to proper protocols and that files are organized appropriately.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses extensive experience in design roles, with a minimum of 3-5+ years in the field.

• Demonstrates proficiency in widely used design software (Adobe applications, Figma, Canva, etc.).

• Exhibits excellent spoken and written English skills.

• Has a designated office space for conducting virtual meetings with clients.
