Account Manager, Content Activation Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies that motivate clients and engage Influenster Community Members.

• Actively collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams.

• Effectively present and sell service offerings to clients.

• Conduct client workshops and sessions, guiding them through the available services.

• Manage expectations and communications with both internal and client stakeholders.

• Represent the interests of both the client and the team.

• Oversee and guide a portfolio of campaigns from start to finish.

• Establish and uphold timelines, highlighting milestones, risks, and strategies for mitigation.

• Foster positive client interactions and identify ways to enhance client service.

• Monitor and execute campaign performance and deliverables.

• Ensure campaigns achieve or exceed established KPIs, including social media posts, quality of posts, impressions, and engagement rates.

• Create and implement strategies for client campaigns that have been sold in.

• Over 3 years of experience in client-facing Account Management roles.

• Proven history of collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders across all levels.

• Strong ability to maintain a client-centric focus.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• A passion for the work, coupled with energy and a collaborative spirit.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and take initiative.

• Full authorization to work in the USA.

• Excellent time management and execution skills.

• Strong multitasking capabilities and composure under pressure.

• Confidence in upselling services.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Awareness of current trends in beauty, lifestyle, pop culture, social media, product reviews, and influencer marketing.
