This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee a portfolio of partner agents
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with agents
• Meet objectives for new student enrollment and profit
• Create and implement sales account strategies
• Collaborate with product sales and marketing to pinpoint market trends
• Maintain a robust partner network and ensure compliance with SLAs
• Recruit and onboard new agents
• Represent Study Group at exhibitions and recruitment events
• Deliver high-quality product and process training to agents
• Keep track of competitor activities for enhanced market awareness
• Native country speaker & fluent in English
• Customer-service focused with a consultative sales approach
• Proficient in computer usage
• Able to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational capabilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Experienced with CRM and data analysis tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, etc., to analyze pipeline and business trends
• Knowledgeable about student recruitment in the local market
• Familiar with agents in the local market
• Proficient in effectively communicating and influencing agents’ decision-making processes
• Well-versed in market demand and trends
