Account Manager, Compression Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Management of accounts and execution of the sales strategy focused on achieving sustainable revenue and profit growth within targeted groups (e.g., orthopedic specialty retailers).

• Organizing, coordinating, and conducting customer consultations and training sessions for staff from orthopedic specialty stores and physiotherapists regarding product usage, particularly in compression therapy.

• Support in product evaluations.

• Engaging in cross-channel distribution and/or interdisciplinary project teams.

• Participation in regional and national trade shows and conferences.

• Monitoring competitors and communicating insights to relevant stakeholders.

• Developing and executing initiatives based on observations within your designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed nursing qualification with state examination and relevant professional experience in healthcare, or a qualification as a physiotherapist, orthotist, or similar.

• Additional certifications in modern wound care (e.g., SAfW, Akademie-ZWM) are advantageous.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage convincingly and authentically across all organizational levels and diverse target audiences, with an interest in business and economic contexts.

• Proficient in French and possess strong German language skills; English proficiency is a plus.
