This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• The Account Manager is tasked with delivering services to their designated clients.
• Acting as a strategic ally, they will foster strong working relationships with clients to ensure they remain informed and satisfied with the status of our offerings.
• Oversee the successful and profitable execution of all services provided.
• This role necessitates the line management of CM Leads and Community teams assigned to their projects, along with close collaboration with Strategists and Project Managers for Creative Production requirements, as well as the Influencer team.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's business, serving as a trusted strategic partner, assisting them in achieving their social and community objectives.
• Ensure that client expectations are consistently managed through timely, clear, and regular communication.
• Manage project teams, including the line management of CM Leads.
• Collaborate with various teams across capabilities to provide clients with a seamless service that is strategically aligned.
• Support Account Directors with pitches to both current and prospective clients.
• Ensure that client invoices are submitted accurately and on time each month.
• Promote AI adoption in Community Management to enhance the efficiency of client work and boost profitability.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management/Community Management Lead or a similar role within the Video Games industry on successful titles.
• Must be available to work within the European time zone.
• Possess leadership skills with the capability to effectively manage an extended team.
• Strong understanding of social media/community management as it pertains to the video game industry.
• A proactive attitude coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in client interaction and negotiation.
• Ability to work efficiently and make decisive choices under pressure.
• Capability to manage multiple project types simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Skilled in preparing and managing a work schedule while adhering to budget constraints.
• Competent in preparing, interpreting, and effectively utilizing management information reports.
• Capable of analyzing challenges and recommending and implementing effective solutions to complex and politically sensitive issues.
• Exceptional proficiency in using spreadsheet software.
• Strong understanding and experience with various social media platforms, including Discord, Twitter, and Facebook.
