
Account Manager – Commercial, Residential Energy Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Serve as the local representative for the program and the company in interactions with customers, contractors, and program partners
• Cultivate, oversee, and expand both new and existing accounts in the commercial, multi-family, and residential sectors
• Identify, attract, and convert warm leads into active participants in the program
• Offer technical support, training, and troubleshooting in accordance with program standards
• Clearly and accurately communicate program guidelines, incentives, rebates, and technical specifications
• Verify installations and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and meets compliance
• Track, document, and report all interactions with customers, contractors, and stakeholders using CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in the industry may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 2–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or program delivery
• Preferred experience with energy efficiency, EV charging, utilities, or construction programs
• Strong abilities in relationship building and client management
• Capacity to effectively communicate technical, policy, and sustainability concepts
• Exceptional organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM or cloud-based tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout a designated territory in Oregon
• Capability to sit or drive for extended periods, up to 4 hours each day
• Comfort with performing site visits, including navigating active job sites
• Ability to climb ladders in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Capacity to lift, move, or maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds
