Account Manager, Commercial Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for small commercial clients, delivering prompt and professional service support.

• Oversee policy renewals, modifications in coverage, certificates, billing inquiries, and other service-related requirements.

• Accurately and swiftly process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.

• Collaborate with franchise partners and carriers to address service-related issues and guarantee client satisfaction.

• Prepare summaries and provide recommendations in conjunction with producers or franchisees.

• Submit applications and necessary supplemental documents to carriers for quoting when required.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise and complete client records within the agency management system (EPIC).

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing commercial lines accounts.

• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

• Strong understanding of small commercial lines, including General Liability (GL), Workers Compensation (WC), Businessowners Policy (BOP), Auto, and Umbrella insurance.

• Familiarity with agency management systems, preferably EPIC.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
