This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Account Management — Develop and sustain robust customer relationships through consistent engagement, strategic advice, and quarterly business evaluations to enhance retention and growth.
• Sales Growth — Maximize sales volume within current accounts by identifying key decision-makers, navigating procurement procedures, and implementing strategies to increase wallet share.
• New Business Development — Establish ideal customer profiles, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into new EPM clients in the commercial and light industrial sectors.
• Cross‑Selling Integration — Utilize extensive knowledge of ABB’s Electrification Service portfolio to identify complementary service opportunities, promote bundled solutions, and foster additional revenue streams.
• Performance Execution — Meet targets for orders, profitability, and acquisition while ensuring precise forecasting, monitoring KPIs, and implementing structured account plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of sales or sales-related experience in a B2B context.
• Familiarity with ABB products, systems, and commercial processes.
• Experience in the electrical services, maintenance, or electrification industries.
• Proven success in selling enterprise-level solutions to mid to large-scale commercial and industrial clients.
• History of developing new accounts and penetrating existing accounts within assigned territories or segments.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging C-suite executives.
• Willingness to travel 34-40% nationwide as required.
