• Over 3 years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related domain

• Relevant technical expertise, ideally in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance

• Excellent customer presentation abilities, sales skills, and financial understanding

• Capability for independent decision-making

• Proficient computer skills with MS Office, especially Excel
