This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to enhance their usage and presence on the platform.
• Foster value and increase adoption within a designated territory of customers, primarily focusing on our Commercial segment.
• Oversee the relationship with current customers, including managing contract renewals, spotting expansion opportunities, and overseeing the sales cycle for those expansions.
• Promote platform adoption by evaluating the overall health of customer engagement with Outreach.
• Offer strategic insights and guidance to customers in alignment with their objectives.
• Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders on effective approaches to achieve customer goals, addressing any obstacles as needed.
• Accurately forecast renewals and expansion pipelines using Outreach’s forecasting methodology.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and represent Outreach for your customers.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years in sales lifecycle management, account management, or customer success, ideally in a SaaS context.
• Proficient in navigating complex organizational networks.
• Strong business acumen to drive transformation and achieve customer outcomes with complex software.
• Experience in demonstrating value realization in a product, platform, or service.
• Negotiation capabilities.
• Project management expertise.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to synthesize data from various sources to inform decision-making.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales operations, strategies, methodologies, and KPIs.
• Familiarity with various sales methodologies applicable to customer usage of the Outreach platform.
• Capacity to influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strong financial acumen to present metrics and potential ROI.
• Capability to manage and navigate complex renewal and expansion sales cycles (up to 4 months).
• Skill in building and nurturing strong, trusting relationships and partnerships, both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to suit the audience.
• Effective active listening skills, demonstrating a desire to understand.
