This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accountability for the performance of each customer.
• Oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding and adoption through to renewal and growth, to guarantee customer success at every stage.
• Build and sustain strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within your accounts.
• Proactively assess customer risks by tracking key metrics and risk indicators, and create customized mitigation strategies for each identified risk, tailored to the specific context and needs of the customer.
• Discover growth opportunities within your portfolio to enhance up-selling and cross-selling, strategically expanding the account.
• Formulate, present, and implement success plans and strategic account development initiatives to facilitate value realization and account growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, success services, and product departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and success.
• A bachelor’s degree with a focus or background in cyber security, law enforcement, or trust and safety.
• Over 3 years of experience in a B2B Account Management position, ideally within the software or cyber security sector.
• Proven experience in strategic account and success management, crafting retention and expansion strategies, and collaborating closely with end users and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills, both in listening and effectively conveying messages in writing and face-to-face interactions with customers, proficient in negotiation and value-based selling techniques, with a customer-focused mindset.
• A problem solver with a proactive attitude, eager to eliminate obstacles and advocate for every single customer.
• Familiarity with software tools and experience using Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce), and Account Management platforms.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
