This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +4 more states.
• Analyze and review client data on a weekly basis to identify trends, issues, and potential opportunities for reducing freight costs.
• Assess ongoing client requests.
• Monitor the status of requests and ensure they are progressing towards resolution and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate carrier performance as well as the satisfaction level of assigned clients with that performance.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication at all levels, both internally and externally, to enhance processes and address client requests.
• Conduct monthly reviews with clients.
• Examine the tools and services offered to assigned clients.
• Document the tools being utilized, assess client satisfaction with these tools, and showcase newer tools that the client may not be aware of, where applicable.
• Engage clients regarding new services (to promote organic revenue growth) and/or present additional cost-saving opportunities through cost analysis when relevant.
• Develop case studies that highlight clients' use of Transportation Insight’s products and services for marketing and retention purposes.
• Focus on cost minimization by identifying opportunities for assigned clients to switch to more cost-effective solutions, and explore additional ways for clients to lower operational costs while maintaining or improving service levels.
• Provide training and guidance to Logistics Analyst personnel.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of direct and external industry experience.
• Strong language and mathematical skills.
• Ability to reason effectively.

• Strong work ethic.
• Capability to manage relationships with assigned clients' personnel and demonstrate empathy towards their needs while ensuring excellent performance.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation.
