This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Facilitate regular online meetings and maintain consistent daily communication with partners.
• Deliver and showcase data-driven insights to foster partners' growth and enhance performance.
• Track partners’ progress with a focus on financial and quality metrics.
• Onboard new partners to ensure seamless product integration.
• Encourage new partners to join the platform through referrals and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Chinese (HSK 4–5).
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Canva (or similar presentation tools).
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with a solid grasp of sales techniques.
• Experience with Tableau and CRM systems (Pipedrive or comparable).
• Curious, adaptable, communicative, and proactive — quick to learn and take ownership.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools.
