• Act as the main liaison for assigned accounts, fostering and sustaining long-term, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create and execute account strategies to evaluate current business performance, pinpoint growth opportunities, and tackle customer challenges.
• Effectively manage a portfolio of accounts by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering customized solutions that cater to customer needs.
• Examine market trends, customer data, and competitive insights to discover business development opportunities and relay suggestions to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to guarantee the effective delivery of solutions and services.
• Proactively seek and pursue new opportunities within existing and target accounts to boost revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales process by preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and finalizing agreements that align with company objectives and customer expectations.
• Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions, account activities, and opportunity pipelines in the CRM system.
• Track and report on account performance, including forecasts, revenue growth, and margin management, to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Organize and conduct periodic business reviews with clients to evaluate satisfaction, identify future needs, and strengthen partnerships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee client satisfaction and retention, serving as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally within a related industry.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships, focusing on driving sustained growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and influence effectively across different organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with other sales tools is advantageous.
