This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• You will cultivate your territory while simultaneously enhancing your skills.
• Manage and support clinics and hospitals located in Northwest Switzerland and the Mittelland region.
• Strategically drive the expansion of sales, profit margins, and market share.
• Take responsibility for the complete sales cycle.
• Engage in prospecting, consulting, conducting product trials, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Position innovative products and solutions precisely where they are required.
• Adopt a proactive approach by analyzing the market, processes, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and develop concrete business plans.
• Ensure consistent execution with measurable outcomes.
• Influence individuals at all levels.
• Collaborate with purchasing, nursing, and medical departments.
• Present yourself confidently to decision-makers.
• Provide advice on equal terms and inspire fresh perspectives.
• Initiate projects that provide genuine added value.
• Focus on standardization, process optimization, and product innovation.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers.

• Maintain CRM, manage pipelines, and create realistic forecasts.
• A degree in business or equivalent sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in a challenging and competitive marketplace.
• A strategic and analytical thinker who is solution-oriented.
• Self-motivated, driven, and clearly focused on achieving results.
• Capable of engaging others with competence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
• Ideally, experience within the hospital or medical device sector.
• Business-fluent in German.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess a good command of English.
