This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Create and implement effective strategic sales initiatives
• Oversee the management and expansion of key client accounts
• Engage with customers through in-person visits and virtual meetings
• Work in partnership with internal teams to provide tailored solutions
• Meet and surpass sales objectives
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• A degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
• Prior experience in sales, ideally within laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of customer applications and workflows
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office suite
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Capability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Results-driven with a demonstrated history of meeting sales goals
• Capacity to work both independently and in a collaborative matrix setting
• Strong focus on customer needs and a consultative sales approach
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the designated territory.
