This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead business development initiatives in Spain and across Europe.

• Position Agriportance as a reliable partner in the Spanish and European markets.
• Handle the complete sales process from start to finish.
• Assess leads and comprehend customer requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions and provide an overview of our services.
• Draft proposals and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Transform prospects into long-lasting customers.
• Broaden our European network.
• Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Establish connections with key market players throughout Europe.
• Remain updated on market trends and new business opportunities.

• Educational background – Degree in business, agricultural economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• B2B Sales experience – Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally with a history of closing deals and managing a full sales cycle.
• Industry knowledge & eagerness to learn – Experience in biogas/agriculture or a strong desire to quickly become familiar with the sector.
• Customer-centric approach & negotiation abilities – Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
• Language proficiency – Business fluent in both Spanish and English.
• CRM proficiency – Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Additional language skills – Knowledge of German is a plus.
