Account Manager, Bilingual - English & Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your customers.

• Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with customers.

• Cultivate a trusted advisory rapport with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

• Forecast and monitor essential account metrics.

• Identify and expand opportunities within your territory while collaborating with sales teams to achieve growth targets.

• Provide assistance with high-severity requests or escalated issues as necessary.

• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in designated partner accounts.

• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.

• Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals in designated partner accounts.

• Sell through partner organizations to end users in collaboration with partner sales teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or channel marketing within the High Tech sector.

• Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner relationships and driving consistent revenue outcomes.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Mobility Management or a comparable market space, including competitors, trends, and related industries.

• Extensive experience in Strategy Development, Partnership Management, or Business Development.

• Proven capability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills in regard to technical, contractual, and financial negotiations.

• Show a desire to learn and develop within the role, proactively seeking growth and learning opportunities.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to Mexico, Central, or South America.

• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

• Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
