This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and influence the overall satisfaction and profitability of designated customers.
• Implement and manage the successful delivery of customer programs, including communication strategies, training, issue resolution, and utilization reporting.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of customers' business operations, human capital, and benefits concerns.
• Retain and expand your portfolio by achieving customer satisfaction ratings and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Exercise independent judgment in evaluating customer needs, pinpointing service gaps, and proposing appropriate solutions to enhance the overall customer experience and engagement.
• Manage intricate customer issues and escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using independent judgment to find solutions that balance customer needs and internal considerations.
• Effectively position ComPsych's value proposition with advantageous solutions to address customer needs.
• Establish and foster strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders and team members.
• Identify and promote process improvements, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery.
• Travel as needed to engage with new and existing customers (approximately 25% travel required).
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Minimum of 2 years of account management experience is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare, or human resources-related services is a plus.
• Proven success in upselling additional service lines to current customers.
• A stable work history is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and work independently.
