• Manage and influence the overall satisfaction and profitability of designated customers.
• Execute and oversee the successful delivery of customer programs, including communication strategies, training, issue resolution, and utilization reporting.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of customers' business, human capital, and benefits challenges.
• Retain and expand your portfolio by achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and recognizing upselling opportunities.
• Utilize independent judgment to evaluate customer needs, identify service gaps, and suggest suitable solutions to improve the overall customer experience and engagement.
• Handle complex customer issues and escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying independent judgment to find solutions that balance customer requirements with internal considerations.
• Effectively present ComPsych's value proposition through advantageous solutions that address customer needs.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders and team members.
• Identify and promote process improvements, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiencies to enhance overall service delivery.
• Travel as needed to engage with new and existing customers (approximately 25% travel required).
• The Remote Account Manager will operate from the state of TX.
• A minimum of 2 years of account management experience is required.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare, or human resources-related services is a plus.
• A proven history of successfully selling additional service lines to existing customers.
• A stable work history is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Self-motivated with the capability to multitask and work independently.
