This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assume complete responsibility for nurturing high-potential KA & SMB sellers by identifying their growth trajectories and assisting them in reaching significant business milestones.
• Provide customized solutions through a mix of personalized seller assessments (to identify challenges and growth opportunities) and scalable horizontal enablement programs.
• Lead and manage an entire incubation program from start to finish—encompassing proposal development, planning, execution, performance tracking, and impact assessment with support from strategy such as online matchmaking events and live webinars.
• Work collaboratively across functions with category, operations, and product teams to unlock growth opportunities and ensure seller success according to their industry growth paths.
• Track key performance indicators and offer actionable insights to enhance seller performance and the effectiveness of the program.
• Ideally possess over 1 year of work experience in a global e-commerce platform previously.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably within the E-Commerce sector.
• Must demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities; capable of diagnosing seller needs and facilitating impactful discussions.
