This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of established business accounts.
• Foster meaningful and long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and effective delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Predict and monitor key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Compile reports detailing account status.
• Engage with clients through in-person meetings and visits.
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalated issues as necessary.
• Manage a portfolio of 25 - 35 Enterprise Accounts within the Americas market, with individual account values ranging from approximately $40k to $200k in annual revenues.
• 3+ years of experience in an Account Management position.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and/or surpass sales quotas in revenue retention and account expansion.
• High energy and enthusiasm, with the capability to perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
• Strong skills in deal closing and negotiation, particularly with Large Enterprise and Mid-market accounts.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities, along with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data harvesting/web crawling is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in consultative selling within the realm of Professional Services and SaaS Products is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially astute within a Tech Scaleup environment, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing sales analytics and funnel management techniques to enhance productivity, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Proven experience collaborating with Customer Success teams to cultivate and expand Enterprise accounts.
