This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Implement solution selling, territory management, and business planning strategies to enhance sales performance in the designated region.
• Achieve overall sales goals and key product growth targets through effective demand generation.
• Introduce new products and service offerings while generating leads for new equipment.
• Showcase solution-selling skills and develop expertise in technical and veterinary practices.
• Cultivate relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel to sustain and expand account relevance and access.
• Engage with customers in accordance with Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Formulate and execute territory business plans along with resource allocations.
• Fulfill field activity expectations, which includes making sales calls and investing in medical education programs.
• Create and implement account- and veterinarian-level call cycles.
• Collaborate effectively with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while meeting standards for integrity, compliance, administration, communication, and teamwork.
• Oversee assigned expense budgets and leverage analytics and insights to inform decision-making and tactical execution.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
• 3–10 years of proven, successful consultative sales experience.
• Experience in creatively identifying opportunities or resolving challenges to boost sales performance.
• Ability to serve as a change agent and a continuous learner.
• Proficiency in utilizing analytics and insights for informed decision-making and tactical execution.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage assigned expense budgets effectively.
• Highly focused and results-driven, with the ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and address issues proactively.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a close-knit team environment.
• Experience and knowledge in Animal Health, particularly in small animal veterinary medicine.
• Openness to accept and integrate feedback.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make fair, informed decisions based on relevant information.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn Zoetis systems.
• Ability and readiness to travel and work some evenings as necessary.
• Must hold or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis; sponsorship may be provided at Zoetis's discretion.
