This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage client relationships: serve as a trusted partner for our high-value clubs, festivals, and organizers, fostering adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Onboard and educate: facilitate a seamless onboarding process and provide clear training, enabling clients to confidently utilize XCEED PRO.
• Support and problem-solve: deliver timely, structured support to ensure that issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
• Renew and grow accounts: oversee standard renewals with a focus on retention and long-term value, escalating complex negotiations to Sales or other relevant stakeholders as necessary.
• Analyze performance: track and report on client activity (performance metrics, account health, etc.) and identify areas for improvement and action plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work in close partnership with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and deliver initiatives that cater to client needs.
• Enhance operational efficiency: contribute lightweight templates, checklists, or processes that minimize repetitive inquiries and internal distractions.
• Experience in client ownership: adept at managing clients, partners, or accounts systematically.
• Relevant backgrounds: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, ticketing, hospitality tech, or operations-intensive roles are beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills: capable of listening intently, adapting your tone, and presenting solutions clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and structured approach: comfortable with spreadsheets, basic commercial mathematics (fees, VAT, payouts), and account metrics.
• Organized and proactive: proficient in managing multiple priorities with discipline, anticipating client needs rather than merely reacting.
• Commercial acumen: knowledgeable about the fundamentals of renewals and negotiation, able to address standard objections appropriately.
• Proficiency in tech environments: skilled in using SaaS tools, CRMs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Language skills: fluency in Italian or Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
• Resilience and adaptability: available to support clients as needed, including evenings or weekends when necessary during key events.
