• Assisting partners in utilizing marketing and growth solutions to optimize their business potential on the platform.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns alongside restaurant partners.
• Compiling regular business reviews (monthly and quarterly), providing performance insights, identifying opportunities, and formulating joint growth strategies.
• Assessing operational and commercial metrics to detect trends, tackle challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance partner performance and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitating collaborative discussions and negotiations concerning campaigns, marketing investments, and initiatives that generate long-term value.
• Assisting partners in embracing new tools, features, and operational best practices.
• Keeping informed about local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to bolster partner presence.
• Proven experience in account management, partnership management, or a comparable partner-facing role.
• Familiarity with performance metrics, marketing solutions, or growth initiatives is advantageous.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities and proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Commercially savvy and comfortable operating in sales-oriented environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in performance metrics; knowledge of tools such as Looker or Power BI is a bonus.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in managing partner relationships and priorities.
• Experience with CRM systems and a genuine enthusiasm for food and enhancing the best restaurants in town will be beneficial.
• Eligible employees may receive variable compensation if they achieve 100% of their performance targets.
