This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering business growth by providing onsite clinical and technical training, virtual remote training, clinical education, and professional services for the Wesper product line.
• Travel within the assigned territory to deliver onsite training, installation, and technical support for all Wesper products and services.
• Effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, ensuring a clear understanding of both technical and non-technical information.
• Manage user interactions under challenging circumstances while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Lead group training sessions, presenting content in an engaging and informative way.
• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with the Regional Sales Manager, providing feedback and updates regarding account status, customer requirements, and product performance.
• Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, tracking key performance metrics, and aiding account management efforts.
• Conduct regular visits to sustain strong relationships with existing customers and guarantee their satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, driving sales and service prospects within current customer accounts.
• Take charge of resolving advanced technical or clinical issues, collaborating with internal teams for solution implementation.
• Provide thorough educational training to customers regarding the routine operation of Wesper’s hardware and software products.
• Deliver training on hardware and software updates to ensure clients can fully leverage the latest system enhancements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, clinical training, or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting in-lab and home sleep testing (HST) systems.
• Familiarity with CRM software and operational management tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex clinical and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A well-rounded clinical background coupled with an eagerness for teaching and training.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and proactively tackle challenges.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and related tools.
