This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives related to total territory revenue, number of purchasing accounts, and specific brand/innovation/initiative sales.
• Identify, profile, and engage potential salons and spas to convert them into clientele.
• Strategically and tactically cultivate a robust and profitable business relationship with salons.
• Accurately report and forecast business performance, including monthly sales, promotions, and initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with direct managers and cross-functional internal teams to plan and execute strategic initiatives with excellence.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant business experience in professional Salon Industry Sales, Category Management, or Retail Management; or an MBA with 1 year of experience.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Digitally proficient.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
• Willingness to spend 70% of time in the field, including travel to salon/customer meetings.
• Up to 20% overnight travel is expected.
• Must be able to fly for training and sales meetings at least 1-2 times per year.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
