This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Meet the designated bi-annual and annual consumption targets while acquiring new customer metrics.
• Develop and finalize annual Joint Business Plans with Key Customers.
• Organize and conduct BEST IN CLASS Distributor (BSG) Sales Meetings and Trainings.
• Maintain regular communication with your Sales Manager to provide updates and strategize interventions.
• Proactively explore your market to pinpoint and secure competitive brand salons.
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales outcomes (at least 3 years) in a business-to-business account management position.
• Proficient in negotiation and customer portfolio management.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint development skills.
• Possess a valid driving license and be prepared to travel, spending 75% of your time in the market.
• Willingness to travel by air at least 1-2 times per year for national sales meetings.
