This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Managing day-to-day communication and relationship management for a portfolio of existing accounts within a dynamic fintech and cryptocurrency platform.
β’ Enhancing retention, renewals, and growth by anticipating client needs, addressing issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for increased product adoption.
β’ Acting as the primary daily contact for a portfolio of existing accounts β overseeing all communications via phone, email, chat, and meetings with professionalism and consistency.
β’ Establishing robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders by thoroughly understanding each account's objectives, operations, and challenges, and proactively delivering value at every interaction.
β’ Conducting regular check-ins, account reviews, and performance updates to ensure continuous alignment, satisfaction, and trust.
β’ Developing and executing the complete retention strategy for assigned accounts β identifying churn risks early, implementing mitigation plans, and managing contract renewals comprehensively, including timelines, pricing discussions, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Leading negotiations as necessary, collaborating with internal teams across Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Sales Leadership to accurately finalize and execute contract terms on time.
β’ Resolving account issues and coordinating cross-functional resolutions with Operations, Support, Product, Compliance, and Engineering β triaging requests, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely outcomes.
β’ Recognizing and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities by educating clients on new products, features, and programs relevant to their business β maintaining an active pipeline of expansion opportunities and reporting progress against targets.
β’ Keeping precise account documentation, communication logs, and pipeline data in the CRM consistently.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing relationship role β B2B experience is strongly preferred.
β’ A proven track record of managing contract renewals and successfully retaining a portfolio of business with measurable results.
β’ Strong, clear, and confident communication skills β both written and verbal β with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ Capability to troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage escalations with urgency, accountability, and composure.
β’ Comfort in negotiating commercial terms, addressing objections, and reaching agreements among multiple stakeholders.
β’ Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency β experience with Salesforce or a similar platform is essential.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail β ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full adherence to processes for every account managed.
β’ Fluency in English is required β bilingual English/Spanish is a significant advantage.
