This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of and expand a portfolio of partnerships with event organizers, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Oversee the complete partner onboarding process, which includes pre-call research, live sessions, and subsequent educational follow-ups.
• Facilitate the exchange of data between organizers and internal teams, managing attendee lists, segmentation files, and sponsor deliverables.
• Create and present audience insight reports to organizers, detailing attendee demographics, seniority levels, and intent signals.
• Recognize and promote growth opportunities across various events, contract renewals, webinars, and media partnerships.
• Work collaboratively with Sales to enhance upsell initiatives and strengthen partnerships through sponsor and paid program integration.
• Occasionally represent Vendelux at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
• 4-8+ years of experience in Account Management within B2B SaaS or growth-oriented startups.
• Proven success in managing and expanding a book of business, including renewals, expansions, and executive-level relationships.
• Commercially astute, with a history of identifying upsell opportunities and converting them into revenue.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills that foster trust quickly and navigate difficult conversations effectively.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of processes in an environment where not everything is clearly defined.
• Familiarity with the events marketing sector through practical experience or a demonstrated understanding.
