This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of an existing client portfolio.
• You will develop strong, long-lasting client relationships, identify business opportunities, and successfully close deals.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for your clients is a key aspect of your role.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams from Sales, Delivery, and Marketing.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive support and quick assistance is essential.
• You will create account plans to define growth strategies.
• Continuous monitoring of your own sales performance will be part of your responsibilities.
• You have experience in account management or sales within the IT services, consulting, or similar sectors.
• You are accustomed to actively developing client relationships while also being responsible for revenue generation.
• You work in a goal-oriented and structured manner, recognizing opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
