This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of the client relationship internally, ensuring that all services align with our Partnership objectives.
• Adopt a comprehensive perspective on the role, considering not only PPC but also all services provided to clients.
• Manage 100% of client communications, clearly setting and managing their expectations. A response time of within 1 hour during mandatory working hours is expected.
• Develop, initiate, and oversee Amazon PPC advertising campaigns to achieve clients’ objectives.
• Diligently monitor PPC expenditures and budgets to enhance profitability.
• Conduct keyword research for upcoming product launches and update existing listings to remain ahead of market trends.
• Keep track of competitors and Amazon market trends to ensure we present the most effective strategies to our clients.
• Review past performance data of our brands to verify we meet expectations, while proactively identifying performance issues.
• Analyze, interpret, and formulate action plans based on daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports, concentrating on Main KPIs that align with our clients’ goals.
• Utilize Bulk Sheets to enhance optimization. Understand various reports to implement new growth strategies and insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Data Analysts, Brand Managers, and PPC Managers while leading account strategies and fulfilling expectations.
• Deliver exceptional services (5/5) to achieve high standards in customer satisfaction.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC as a Strategist.
• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple brands concurrently (mandatory).
• Demonstrated success in managing medium to large budgets (over $50k spent monthly).
• Extensive knowledge of Amazon PPC, organic ranking, and listing optimization.
• Proficiency in English: at least B2 level to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and reports.
