Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts as the primary sales representative.

• Create and execute strategic sales plans aimed at maximizing revenue and expanding market share within designated national accounts.

• Perform market research and analysis to uncover industry trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges.

• Enhance the company’s footprint and offerings within established national accounts.

• Identify and establish new partnerships with national accounts.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations effectively.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable agreements and foster long-term partnerships.

• Track revenue, sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and retention metrics against established targets.

• Generate regular sales reports and provide recommendations for management review.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information in CRM systems.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, or equivalent military or practical experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.

• A demonstrated history of managing national accounts and driving sales growth.

• Experience in the food service sector is preferred.

• Strong grasp of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship management capabilities.

• Ability to formulate and implement strategic sales plans.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Proficient analytical problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining customer and sales records.
