This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic direct management of accounts within regional buying groups.
• Continuous forecasting, planning, and monitoring of the budget for the specified customer segment.
• Organizing regional cooperative promotions and point-of-sale campaigns.
• Negotiating annual contracts and terms at the executive management level.
• Preparing proposals, conducting annual review meetings, setting quarterly targets, and planning cooperative budgets.
• Coordinating product listings, placements, and the organization of regional promotions.
• Weekly preparation and follow-up of account management plans.
• Monitoring and managing the sales growth of individual clients, stores, and buying groups.
• Overseeing the design, execution, and success of cooperative trade exhibitions.
• Accountable for meeting targets set for regional accounts.
• Defining and implementing sales initiatives to support target achievement.
• Contributing to and managing the sales strategy and policy for the German market.
• Continuously assessing changes in products, market trends, retail structures, and sales channels to identify and evaluate sales opportunities.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Monitoring product and market developments using GfK data and deriving suitable actions.
• A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, along with relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of business and finance (e.g., controlling, finance).
• Exceptional communication skills paired with a results-driven work ethic.
• An entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset combined with negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective presentation skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems, with advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
