• Advocate for and promote BICS as a premier international Messaging Hub for global traffic.
• Oversee messaging relationships with clients within the designated portfolio and enhance profitability through both sales and procurement activities.
• Conduct daily assessments of customer traffic, implement win-back strategies, manage promotions, and engage in related commercial activities.
• Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities with clients.
• Negotiate termination rates with current accounts to ensure competitive pricing structures for outbound traffic.
• Organize initiatives aimed at maximizing traffic volumes, including measures for fraud management.
• Review traffic volumes on a daily basis to avert illegal terminations, AIT, and other fraudulent actions.
• Engage in and coordinate fraud investigations alongside customers and suppliers within the assigned portfolio.
• Guarantee the effective execution of commercial relations within the operational framework and promote efficient collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage financial, technical, legal, and administrative aspects of the messaging business, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, and contracts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in dealing with international clients.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times a year for conferences and business engagements.
