This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and strategic leader for designated partnerships.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with critical stakeholders, referral sources, and decision-makers.
• Anticipate the needs of partners and proactively seek opportunities to enhance engagement, boost performance, and support growth.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
• Collect, analyze, and convey partnership outcomes and performance data on a regular basis.
• Collaborate across functions to effectively meet the needs of partners and patients.
• Address partner concerns and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Formulate and implement account-specific growth strategies based on referral trends, utilization data, and market opportunities.
• Oversee partnership performance and suggest strategies to enhance referral volume, engagement, and retention.
• Work in collaboration with the Care Partnerships Associate on shared partnership accounts.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the performance of assigned accounts, including demand volume, conversion rates, referral trends, utilization patterns, and barriers to care.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive records in Salesforce, including account details, contacts, referral attribution, activities, and documentation.
• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned account information, performance metrics, and Salesforce account structure.
• Actively engage in internal meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and best practices.
• Continuously seek ways to add value and enhance the partner experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience; background in business development, account management, and healthcare is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and productivity platforms (Google Suite, Monday.com).
