This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives
• Oversee and nurture key account partnerships
• Guarantee customer satisfaction through consultative sales techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to support customers in achieving their scientific objectives through both in-person visits and virtual interactions
• Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors
• Preferred Academic Disciplines: Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific area
• Technical expertise and the capacity to comprehend customer applications and workflows
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proven capability to establish and sustain customer relationships at all organizational levels
• Proficient in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a matrix structure
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50-75% within the assigned region
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
