This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Drive revenue growth and cultivate enduring relationships with clients while showcasing our extensive range of scientific products and services.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives, oversee account relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through consultative selling techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address customer requirements while meeting sales objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in advancing their scientific aspirations through a blend of in-person visits and virtual interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree combined with 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Technical expertise and the capability to comprehend customer applications and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing customer relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic planning abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a matrix environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
