This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee employer accounts and manage the enrollment or participation of associated members in various products and services.
• Proficient in phone and email communications for effective cold outreach.
• Attend and engage in regular review meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with program partners to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Organize and keep current administrative tasks related to Pop Health and program databases.
• Prepare quarterly reports for accounts and assist customers with specific reporting needs.
• Follow up with patients to ensure the completion of program procedures.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to proactively address questions and requests.
• Quickly adapt and show task maturity, completing required tasks autonomously.
• Strong grasp of customer service principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical team members, including nurses, medical assistants, and medical providers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
