This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for implementing the operational performance strategy for clients of Accredo Specialty Pharmacy.
• Develop and enhance the service strategy.
• Manage client relationships in coordination with the Account Executive.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product and operational teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Accredo's products and services.
• Serve as the primary lead for managing reporting requests.
• Bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• More than 3 years of experience in the healthcare or managed care industry.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Understanding of underwriting principles.
• Skills in risk and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of marketing processes.
• Experience in account management.
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
