Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Build and expand a portfolio of online advertising clients.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their retention and satisfaction.

• Regularly monitor client campaigns to identify performance gaps and suggest actionable enhancements.

• Generate and analyze campaign reports utilizing tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and other web analytics platforms.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support through chat, email, and ticketing systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., publishers) to resolve issues and fulfill client requirements.

• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to assist clients in achieving their objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven proficiency with online tools and platforms (such as Google Sheets and web analytics).

• Basic understanding of online advertising and digital marketing principles.

• A proactive, sales-driven attitude focused on achieving results.

• Certifications from recognized marketing platforms (e.g., Google Academy, Facebook Blueprint).

• Experience in customer-facing roles (such as sales, support, or account management).

• Familiarity with online marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI).
