This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee client relationships and enhance store performance.
• Ensure seamless daily operations on the platform.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with designated creators and studios.
• Evaluate performance metrics and compile reports.

• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data accurately.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in account management, client support, or content operations is an advantage.
