Account Manager

📋 Description

• Establishing new relationships with used car dealers and brokers in your designated region.

• Overseeing current used car dealers and brokers to ensure they achieve their sales and efficiency goals.

• Participating in face-to-face meetings and conducting telephone/email negotiations to provide competitive financing options to used car dealers and brokers.

• Delivering outstanding customer service.

• Being a proactive team contributor.

• Meeting business objectives and personal targets.

• Joining 121 meetings and team gatherings at any of our office locations, typically in Cardiff.

• Possess effective communication styles and methods for interacting with used car dealers, brokers, and third parties.

• Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and taking a leadership role.

• Willing to take responsibility for your own performance.

• Capable of conveying verbal and written information to customers in a clear, fair, and non-misleading manner.

• Able to thrive under pressure in a target-driven environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Skilled in researching, digesting, analyzing, and presenting information clearly and concisely to senior management and directors.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills.

• Capable of proactive thinking and strategic planning in a dynamic environment.

• Flexible and adaptable to a variety of tasks, willing to work extra hours when necessary to meet deadlines and address client inquiries.

• Able to present to motor dealers and brokers of various sizes and types.
