This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establishing new relationships with used car dealers and brokers in your designated area.
• Overseeing current used car dealers and brokers to ensure they achieve their sales and efficiency goals.
• Participating in face-to-face meetings and engaging in telephone/email negotiations to provide competitive financing options to used car dealers and brokers.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Acting as a collaborative team member.
• Meeting business objectives and personal performance targets.
• Joining one-on-one and team meetings across any of our office locations, usually held in Cardiff.
• Possess effective communication styles and methods for engaging with used car dealers, brokers, and third parties.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and taking the initiative.
• Willingness to take responsibility for personal performance outcomes.
• Capability to convey verbal and written information to customers in a manner that is clear, fair, and not misleading.
• Capacity to perform under pressure within a target-driven setting, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficient in researching, analyzing, digesting, and presenting information clearly and concisely to senior management and director-level personnel.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work proactively and think strategically in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a range of tasks, with the willingness to work additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and address client inquiries.
• Competence in presenting to motor dealers and brokers of various sizes and types.
