β€’ You independently prepare quarterly reviews, performance assessments, and roadmap discussions.

β€’ You collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, ensuring that customer feedback is conveyed to the teams where it can make a difference.

β€’ You oversee your accounts within our CRM, including forecasts, pipelines, and renewals.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Sales experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in Account Management or strategic Customer Success is required.

β€’ Stakeholder management: You have experience managing larger clients and engage confidently and professionally at the decision-maker level.

β€’ Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the HR-Tech sector or a similar industry, enabling you to understand our target audience.

β€’ Mindset: You possess a strong drive, are eager to learn extensively and grow rapidly β€” utilizing AI as a daily work tool comes naturally to you.

β€’ Language proficiency: You are fluent in German (C2) and can communicate effectively in English in a professional setting.

β€’ Working approach: You enjoy engaging with customers, are well-organized, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
