This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and essential stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for customer interactions and account oversight
• Comprehend client objectives, challenges, and business requirements to deliver customized solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee prompt service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor account performance and proactively resolve client concerns or issues
• Identify avenues for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing account growth
• Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and business reviews
• Maintain precise records of account activities and client engagements within CRM systems
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients as needed
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to enhance products, services, and processes
• Demonstrated experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Success, or a comparable role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and capacity for relationship-building
• Customer-centric approach with solid problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Capability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities efficiently
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze customer data and account performance
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or service-oriented industries is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
