This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Create and implement strategic sales account plans.
• Manage the sales pipeline, focusing on applicant generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with product sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and enhance student recruitment opportunities.
• Effectively manage a robust partner network, ensuring compliance with SLAs to boost customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and onboard new agents.
• Represent Study Group and our brands at exhibitions and recruitment events.
• Identify growth opportunities and assess risk profiles of partners through active management.
• Deliver high-quality product and process training to agents.
• Monitor competitor activities to enhance market awareness and analysis.
• Develop and implement a Sales Action Plan in collaboration with partner universities and channel teams.
• Responsible for Brand Enablement initiatives by providing product education and training for the sales team, agents, academic partners, and digital networks.
• Coordinate in-market visits for university partners and gather market insights; manage budget control including scholarship allocations.
• Native speaker of the local language and fluent in English.
• Customer-service focused with a consultative selling approach.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Adaptable to high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
• Familiar with CRM and data analysis tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, etc.
• Knowledgeable about the local student recruitment market.
• Experienced with agents in the local market.
• Skilled in effective communication to influence agents’ decision-making processes.
• Aware of market demand and trends.
• Preferred experience in B2B or channel sales.
• Understanding of international education systems.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, such as Power BI.
• Preferred experience in cold calling.
