• Cultivate and enhance Stocksy’s global client relationships through regular, consultative communication and genuine engagement.
• Investigate innovative methods to maintain engagement with our key accounts in ways that feel both natural and stimulating.
• Recognize and develop business opportunities that align with Stocksy’s values and creative positioning.
• Collaborate across various internal teams to guarantee a seamless client experience.
• Represent Stocksy’s brand voice and cooperative ethos in all external communications and partnerships.
• Serve as a bridge between client needs and internal resources to help Stocksy remain the most relevant stock platform.
• Achieve the key account revenue and retention targets for the Americas region.
• Expand the key account client base in the Americas.
• Identify partnership opportunities to grow in regions where we currently lack a strong presence or face language or legal limitations.
• Manage your opportunity pipeline and ensure that the data remains accurate and actionable.
• Conduct prospecting within the Americas region to discover opportunities for acquiring new clients for the co-op.
• Over 6 years of experience in relationship development or partnerships within creative, media, marketing agencies, or licensing industries.
• Experience operating within North, Central, and South American markets in a sales/account management role, with the ability to understand and navigate cultural and business nuances in this region.
• A deep appreciation for Stocksy’s artist community, content model, and licensing structures.
• A strong motivation to identify, cultivate, and grow business opportunities across diverse global markets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with an empathetic, client-centered approach.
• Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in remote environments with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese would be advantageous.
• A comprehensive, on-target rewards package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, reflective of your experience and expertise.
