This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Act as the primary contact for all matters related to customer account management.
• Offer Sports Science consultancy services both remotely and on-site within the region.
• Utilize a strategic approach to deliver proactive, value-added account management services.
• Ensure that clients are utilizing the latest products and are thoroughly trained on all aspects of the system.
• Foster and maintain strong, enduring client relationships.
• Guarantee the timely and successful implementation of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
• Generate new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to uncover and expand growth opportunities within assigned territories.
• A minimum of an undergraduate degree in sport science or a related field.
• Candidates must be fluent in the native language of the country, both spoken and written.
• Experience in working or coaching within High Performance Sports using a GPS Performance Tracking System.
• Willingness to travel for work, up to 50% of the time.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.
