This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth in a designated EMEA territory and customer portfolio by identifying upselling and expansion opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and consistently meeting or surpassing quota goals.

• Lead intricate, consultative sales processes, which include comprehensive discovery, customized product demonstrations, proposal crafting, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with stakeholders from universities, PBSA operators, and student accommodation providers, gaining a profound understanding of their operational requirements and commercial objectives.

• Perform extensive needs analysis to identify customer challenges and align StarRez solutions to achieve measurable operational and financial results.

• Take charge of and assist with tender, RFP, and formal procurement processes, collaborating with internal teams to produce competitive, high-quality submissions.

• Manage and prioritize a substantial volume of customer interactions and requests, efficiently triaging competing demands to concentrate on the most impactful opportunities.

• Work collaboratively across Product, Professional Services, Marketing, and Finance teams to define solutions, facilitate deal execution, and provide seamless customer experiences.

• Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing insights that guide product development, go-to-market strategies, and regional market positioning through StarRez Connect and industry events.

• Maintain precise pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking using Salesforce, Gong, and related tools to generate data-driven insights and enhance sales effectiveness.

• Foster customer engagement and solution adoption in a manner that unlocks expansion opportunities and promotes long-term account growth through onsite customer visits, participation in industry events, and presentations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Management role, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets OR

• At least 5 years of experience in student accommodation, PBSA, higher education, or multi-family property management settings, with a demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions or manage vendor relationships.

• Proven capacity to thrive in a metrics-driven sales environment, including effective pipeline management and quota achievement.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, capable of delivering clear, persuasive messages to both small groups and large audiences throughout the EMEA region, with the skill to adapt style and content to various cultural and business contexts.

• Strong discovery and analytical skills, with the capability to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into customized solutions.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing demands.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at various levels and across different organizations.
